Business Information.

The Metabolic Reset is provided by Polaris Ventures (SSM Registration No. 202603115271 / CT0163795-W), a sole proprietorship owned by Dr Lim Nan Jun, an MMC-registered medical practitioner.

1. Parties & entity.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Client") and Polaris Ventures (SSM Reg. No. 202603115271), a business registered in Malaysia and operating from Selangor ("we", "us", "Polaris Ventures").

"Dr. Nan Jun" refers to the medical doctor leading the work delivered through Polaris Ventures. Our websites, including live.drnanjun.com and healthspan.drnanjun.com, are operated by Polaris Ventures.

By using this website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a programme, or purchasing a digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Scope of services.

Polaris Ventures offers, through Dr. Nan Jun:

• The Metabolic Reset — a doctor-led metabolic health programme.
• Standalone consultations, digital guides, and ad-hoc educational sessions.

The exact deliverables for each engagement are described on the relevant programme page or sales page at the time of purchase. Where there is a conflict between marketing copy and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

3. Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking, intake, or consultation is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement where, in our clinical or professional judgement, the work is not appropriate for you.

4. Bookings & payment.

Prices, inclusions, and timelines for each programme, consultation, or product are stated on the relevant programme page at the point of purchase. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (including, where applicable, DOKU). By completing a payment, you agree to the relevant payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store full card or bank details.

Your booking is confirmed only when full payment (or the agreed first instalment) is received and we have sent you a written confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Cooling-off: You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, minus a RM500 administrative and payment processing fee, provided your programme preparation has not begun.
2. Once preparation begins, all fees are non-refundable. Preparation begins when Dr Nan Jun starts your clinical review: assessing your intake and health history, planning your lab work, and ordering the supplements prescribed for your protocol so everything is ready for your first consultation.
3. If we are unable to deliver the programme as described, a pro-rated refund will be provided.
4. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

6. Consultation terms.

Consultations are educational and clinical advisory in nature. They are not a substitute for an in-person physical examination, emergency care, or your existing medical follow-up. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you consult your usual treating doctor.

You agree to:

• Provide honest and complete information during intake and during the session.
• Not record any consultation without prior written consent.
• Treat any clinical advice given as personal to your circumstances and not to be redistributed.

7. Programmes.

Programmes (including The Metabolic Reset) are delivered over a defined period. Schedules, missed sessions, and reschedule policies are set out in your programme welcome pack.

Outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. We commit to delivering the agreed scope of work, professional clinical judgement (where relevant), and honest feedback.

8. Digital products.

Digital products (guides, recordings, templates) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them in whole or in substantial part without prior written permission.

9. Medical disclaimer.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or attend the nearest hospital immediately. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any medication, treatment, or supplement.

10. Intellectual property.

All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, frameworks, recordings, and templates — is owned by or licensed to Polaris Ventures. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it as part of your engagement with us. All other rights are reserved.

11. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Polaris Ventures' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that specific engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination.

We may suspend or end an engagement immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or if continuing the engagement would, in our reasonable view, place either party at risk. Refunds in such circumstances are governed by our Refund Policy.

13. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
